For our Telehealth Video Services, we use a platform called DialPad. Please see the below videos which will provide guidance on how to join a Dialpad Video Meeting from both an iPhone and a Windows Desktop.

For easier navigation you can also download the Dialpad Meetings App on your chosen device using the links below. For the phone App please refer to your relevant app store, however this isn't required. You are still able to join directly from the browser when clicking into your meeting link.
