Dr. Lydia Wardin, PsyD
Dr. Lydia Wardin is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist specializing in neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations and treatment. She works with adults who present with cognitive changes in the context of neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions. Areas of clinical interest include dementia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, autoimmune disorders, attention and learning disorders, and psychiatric disorders.
In treatment, Dr. Wardin collaborates with patients and their families to work through difficult transitions by implementing evidence-based approaches to cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practice.
