Jasmine Allen
Jasmine integrates her psychology and neuroscience background to provide clients with holistic, trauma-informed care. Drawing from her training in utilizing research and evidence-based approaches, she tailors each session to the individual and promotes a collaborative space that honors each client’s intricate backgrounds and lived experiences. Jasmine works with individuals across various stages of life who are navigating neurological and mental health challenges, adapting techniques to suit each individual's distinct needs. She has special interests in how neuroscience deepens our understanding of thought patterns, neural mechanisms, development, and the brain’s ability to form new pathways. Jasmine is also interested in the impact of trauma, dissociation, attachment, and understanding how previous experiences shape one’s sense of self.
She is committed to empowering individuals by not simply assisting but equipping them with tailored tools and resources to help them navigate their healing and growth journey. In her free time, Jasmine loves cooking new dishes, engaging in various physical activities, spending time with her goldendoodle, and trying new adventurous activities.
Jasmine works under the supervision of Eleanor Mulshine, LCSW, at our downtown Chicago office.
