Centers for Cognitive Wellness (CCW) is a cutting-edge and growing group therapy practice. We treat a variety of adults and adolescents struggling with mood, anxiety and cognitive disorders. We have a particular focus on providing the “what’s next” to people affected by cognitive decline, serving as preferred providers for top academic medical centers including an internationally recognized Alzheimer’s disease center as well as a variety of neuropsychology, physician and mental health clinics across the region. We support our clients holistically in the outpatient setting as they work toward goals of improved thinking and wellbeing. We are committed to providing only the highest quality, evidence-based interventions, putting the emerging principles of positive neuropsychology into practice.

We are seeking a bright, compassionate provider to offer psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and brain health coaching to a variety of patients with mood and anxiety disorders with a specialized focus on treating some patients with neuro-cognitive disorders (MCI, early dementia, TBI, concussion, stroke, neurosurgical, etc.).

Requirements: 

• Independent Social Work License or Licensed Clinical Psychologist 

• Quick & enthusiastic learner 

• Warm, empathetic, & able to easily connect with patients (and caregivers/families, as needed) 

• Full-Time Availability (40 hours/week) 

• Availability to meet clients virtually as well as in-person at Michigan Avenue office for Chicago and our Chevy Chase office for Maryland

• Comfortable offering psychotherapy to a variety of patients 

• Experience/Training in CBT, DBT, biofeedback, trauma, and/or mindfulness 

• Willing to provide cognitive rehabilitation and brain health coaching to people with mood/anxiety, with specialized focus on treating some patients with neuro-cognitive disorders (e.g. MCI, early dementia, TBI, concussion, stroke) - training available!

Compensation: 

• $50,000-$110,000/year, depending on licensing and caseload!
