Kate provides psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation both virtually and in-person at the downtown Chicago office. Kate’s experience and training supplement a focus in supporting adults, older adults and individuals living with neurodegenerative diseases and cognitive impairment, as well as their care partners.
Her approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor, creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. With deep experience in dementia care, Kate works collaboratively to help individuals and families navigate the complex emotional and practical challenges that come with adapting to cognitive changes, empowering them to live meaningfully and with dignity. Kate is passionate about helping individuals, at any age, find new perspectives, better understand themselves and implement meaningful change.
