Rithika Nair
Rithika is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University and is passionate about understanding and integrating the ways the mind, body, and environment influence healing and well-being. Her work is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to support growth. She takes a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach, tailoring therapy to each person's unique experiences. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys attending workout classes, exploring new coffee shops, watching movies, and reading under a blanket on the couch. She works under the supervision of Dr. Lydia Wardin, PsyD, at our downtown Chicago office.
