Her ethical standards are based on social justice, human dignity and worth, human relationships, integrity, and competence. Although she believes that this can be accomplished in different ways for different people, the purpose remains the same, and that is assisting people in achieving their goals through solving problems from many angles using theories to comprehend better the complexities of human behavior in settings that impact people's views of their lives and behaviors.

Elizabeth is an integrative psychotherapist who uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach to help clients harness their potential, build self esteem, create goals and achieve meaningful growth. She uses concepts from DBT, ACT, CBT and Narrative therapies and tailors the approach to each individual client based on their needs. She is dedicated to building relationships based on trust and respect. She provides a gentle, supportive, non-judgemental environment. Elizabeth has experience in community mental health working with clients of all ages and diagnoses, from serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, to anxiety, depression, grief and other major life stressors. She has a deep interest in family systems theory and is passionate about helping clients build and maintain healthy relationships.

Eleanor provides psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation virtually and in the downtown Chicago location. She aims to foster a safe and supportive environment, and works alongside clients to find creative ways to heal and cope with challenges in life. Trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, she takes a collaborative approach, building upon clients’ strengths, resources, and skills to work with clients on accomplishing their goals. She has extensive experience working with people affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias, including those with various forms of cognitive impairment and care partners.

Therapist, Psychology Doctoral Candidate
Claire Weaver

Claire is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She has worked in a variety of mental health and inpatient settings, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and reproductive health. In addition, she has served as a therapist on several clinical trials, including an evidence-based treatment study for individuals with urologic and gynecologic conditions.
She uses a client-centered and strength- based approach, integrating evidence- based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Therapy is a collaborative process and a she believes a client’s experience is of the utmost importance. She likes to to check in to make sure the goals that are most important to her patients are being achieved.

Kailyn Bare is a clinical psychology doctoral student at DePaul University. Her clinical and research interests are based on a health psychology framework that emphasizes a comprehensive integration of mental and physical well- being to promote wellness in individuals and communities. She has training and experience with a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, family, couples, and group therapy, and mindfulness- based therapy.
